1 Any person who is a party in accordance with the APA272 may file an objection with the approval authority during the period when the application is available for public inspection.273 Unless such a person files an objection, he or she is excluded from the remainder of the procedure.
2 Any person who is a party in accordance with the ComPurA274 may file any claims under Article 33 CompPurA within the period when the application is available for public inspection.275
3 The communes concerned may safeguard their interests by filing an objection.
