Art. 28 Persunas pensiunadas

Persunas estras che n’han betg pli in’activitad da gudogn pon vegnir admessas, sch’ellas:

a.: han cuntanschì ina vegliadetgna minimala che vegn fixada dal Cussegl federal;
b.: han relaziuns persunalas spezialas cun la Svizra; e
c.: disponan dals meds finanzials necessaris.

Art. 28 Retired persons

Foreign nationals who are no longer gainfully employed may be admitted if:

a.: they have reached a minimum age set by the Federal Council;
b.: they have special personal relations to Switzerland; and
c.: they have the required financial means.
