1 Il saggiatore del commercio che eseguisce le determinazioni di titolo deve osservare le prescrizioni della legge e del regolamento, come pure le istruzioni speciali dell’Ufficio centrale.
2 Il saggiatore del commercio che, nell’esercizio della sua attività professionale, scopre delle infrazioni alle prescrizioni della legge deve segnalarle immediatamente all’Ufficio centrale. Se sospetta l’autore d’aver commesso un altro atto illecito, egli ne avvertirà l’autorità di polizia o l’autorità giudiziaria competente.
1 In conducting determinations of the fineness, the trade assayer must comply with the provisions of the Act and the Ordinance and the specific directives issued by the Central Office.
2 If the trade assayer becomes aware of any offences against the Act in the course of his work, he must immediately bring this to the attention of the Central Office. If he suspects that a different offence has been committed, he must file a criminal complaint with the competent police or judicial authority.
