2 L’attribuzione è continua ed è determinata in base alla situazione di approvvigionamento e al numero di casi aggiornato nei singoli Cantoni.
3 Il SSC può, sentito il Gruppo di lavoro interdipartimentale materiale medico, attribuire materiale medico importante a Cantoni, organizzazioni di utilità pubblica e terzi.
