814.680 Ordinance of 26 August 1998 on the Remediation of Polluted Sites (Contaminated Sites Ordinance, CSO)
Art. 6 Tenuta del catasto
1 L’autorità completa il catasto con indicazioni riguardanti:
- a.
- la necessità della sorveglianza o del risanamento;
- b.
- gli obiettivi e l’urgenza del risanamento;
- c.
- i provvedimenti di protezione dell’ambiente da essa adottati o ordinati.
2 Stralcia l’iscrizione di un sito nel catasto se:
- a.
- le indagini rivelano che il sito non è inquinato con sostanze pericolose per l’ambiente; oppure
- b.
- le sostanze pericolose per l’ambiente sono state rimosse.
Art. 6 Keeping the Register
1 The authorities shall add information on the following to the entry in the Register:
- a.
- the need for monitoring and remediation;
- b.
- the objectives and urgency of remediation;
- c.
- the measures taken or ordered by them for the protection of the environment.
2 They shall delete the site entry in the Register if:
- a.
- the investigations show that the site is not polluted with environmentally hazardous substances; or
- b.
- the environmentally hazardous substances have been eliminated.
