Art. 14 Indagine dettagliata

¹ Per valutare gli obiettivi e l’urgenza del risanamento, occorre fornire le seguenti informazioni dettagliate e valutarle in base a una stima della minaccia:

a.: il tipo, l’ubicazione, la quantità e la concentrazione delle sostanze pericolose per l’ambiente presenti sul sito inquinato;
b.: il genere, il carico e l’evoluzione nel tempo degli effetti reali e possibili sull’ambiente;
c.: l’ubicazione e l’importanza dei settori ambientali minacciati.

² Se i risultati dell’indagine dettagliata differiscono in misura significativa da quelli dell’indagine preliminare, l’autorità valuta nuovamente se il sito debba essere risanato giusta gli articoli 9–12.

Art. 14 Detailed investigation

¹ To specify the objectives and assess the urgency of remediation, the following detailed information shall be obtained and evaluated in a risk assessment:

a.: type, location, quantity and concentration of the environmentally hazardous substances at the polluted site;
b.: type, load and temporal development of the existing and possible impacts on the environment;
c.: location and importance of the environmental areas at risk.

^² If the results of the detailed investigation deviate substantially from those of the preliminary investigation, the authorities shall reassess whether the site is in need of remediation in accordance with Articles 9–12.
