814.201 Waters Protection Ordinance of 28 October 1998 (WPO)
Art. 59 Domanda
1 Il Cantone presenta la domanda di indennità globali all’Ufficio federale competente (art. 60 cpv. 1).
2 La domanda deve contenere informazioni concernenti:
- a.
- gli obiettivi programmatici da raggiungere, nonché, nel caso di indennità per provvedimenti presi dall’agricoltura, informazioni concernenti gli obiettivi da raggiungere in tutto il territorio cantonale;
- b.
- le misure probabilmente necessarie per raggiungere gli obiettivi programmatici e la relativa esecuzione;
- c.
- l’efficacia delle misure.
Art. 59 Application
1 The canton shall submit the application for global compensatory payments to the competent federal office (Art. 60 para. 1).
2 The application must include information on:
- a.
- the programme goals to be achieved and in the case of compensatory payments for measures in agriculture information on the goals to be achieved in the canton as a whole;
- b.
- the measures probably required to achieve the goals and how they are to be implemented;
- c.
- the effectiveness of the measures.
