Se la quantità immessa sul mercato è pari o superiore a una tonnellata all’anno e questa nuova sostanza non è assoggettata all’obbligo di notifica secondo l’articolo 26 capoverso 1 lettera d, il fabbricante o il suo rappresentante esclusivo deve darne comunicazione all’organo di notifica prima di immettere per la prima volta sul mercato la nuova sostanza in quanto tale o quale componente di un preparato o di un oggetto dal quale la sostanza è destinata a essere liberata in condizioni d’impiego normali o ragionevolmente prevedibili.
If the substance quantity placed on the market is 1 tonne per year or more and if the new substance is exempt from notification under Article 26 paragraph 1 letter d, the manufacturer or his only representative must declare the new substance to the Notification Authority before placing it on the market for the first time either on its own or as a constituent in a preparation or object from which the substance is intended to be released under normal or reasonably foreseeable conditions of use.
