1 Il fabbricante deve menzionare nella documentazione tecnica le indicazioni di cui agli allegati II e III UE-IVDR40, tenendo conto delle modifiche a tali allegati che la Commissione europea apporta mediante atti delegati41.
2 Su richiesta dell’autorità competente il fabbricante fornisce la documentazione tecnica completa o una sua sintesi.
1 Manufacturers must specify in the technical documentation the information required in Annexes II and III to EU-IVDR40, taking account of the amendments to these Annexes made by the European Commission by means of delegated acts41.
2 Manufacturers must submit either the complete technical documentation or a summary thereof when requested to do so by the competent authority.
