1 Swissmedic è responsabile della gestione sicura dei propri sistemi d’informazione e della legittimità del trattamento dei dati.
2 Per ciascun sistema d’informazione elabora un regolamento per il trattamento. Vi definisce le misure tecniche e organizzative atte a garantire la sicurezza e la protezione dei dati trattati.
