810.301 Ordinance of 20 September 2013 on Human Research with the Exception of Clinical Trials (Human Research Ordinance, HRO)
Art. 12 Deroghe alla responsabilità civile
È esonerato dalla responsabilità civile conformemente all’articolo 19 capoverso 1 LRUm chi prova che il danno:
- a.
- ha soltanto effetti di lieve entità ed è temporaneo; e
- b.
- non supera la misura presumibile secondo lo stato della scienza.
Art. 12 Exemptions from liability
Any person who proves that:
- a.
- the damage is only slight and temporary; and
- b.
- the extent of the damage is no greater than would be expected in the current state of scientific knowledge
shall be exempt from liability under Article 19 paragraph 1 HRA.
