810.21 Federal Act of 8 October 2004 on the Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells (Transplantation Act)
Art. 47 Costi derivanti dai provvedimenti amministrativi
L’autore del danno si assume i costi derivanti da provvedimenti messi in atto dalle autorità competenti per:
- a.
- evitare o contenere i rischi di infezione per la popolazione;
- b.
- accertare o eliminare i danni causati da un’infezione.
Art. 47 Costs for measures required by the authorities
The perpetrator shall bear the costs of measures implemented by the competent authorities to:
- a.
- prevent or reduce a risk of infection for the population;
- b.
- determine or eliminate harm caused by infections.
