1 Se esistono indizi di una limitazione illecita della concorrenza, la segreteria apre un’inchiesta d’intesa con un membro della presidenza. L’inchiesta viene aperta in ogni caso se la segreteria vi è invitata dalla Commissione o dal DEFR.
2 La Commissione decide quali delle inchieste aperte devono essere trattate prioritariamente.
1 If there are indications of an unlawful restraint of competition, the Secretariat shall, in consultation with a member of the presiding body, open an investigation. It shall in any event open an investigation whenever asked to do so by the Competition Commission or by the EAER.28
2 The Competition Commission determines the order of priority with which the investigations that have been opened are dealt with.
