1 Il brevetto conferisce al suo titolare il diritto di vietare a terzi l’utilizzazione professionale dell’invenzione.
2 Per utilizzazione s’intende in particolare la produzione, l’immagazzinamento, l’offerta, l’immissione sul mercato, l’importazione, l’esportazione e il transito, nonché il possesso per detti scopi.
3 Il transito non può essere vietato in quanto il titolare del brevetto non possa vietare l’importazione nel Paese di destinazione.
