1 Per l’esercizio del suo diritto di voto nell’assemblea generale ogni socio può farsi rappresentare da un altro socio; nessuno può tuttavia rappresentare più di un socio.
2 Nelle società cooperative di più di mille soci, lo statuto può disporre che ciascun socio ha il diritto di rappresentarne più d’uno, ma al massimo nove.
3 Lo statuto può permettere che il socio si faccia rappresentare da un membro della sua famiglia il quale abbia l’esercizio dei diritti civili.
