1 Ove l’adempimento sia fissato per principio o per la fine di un mese, dovrà aver luogo il primo o l’ultimo giorno del mese.
2 Ove sia fissato per la metà di un mese, dovrà aver luogo il quindici di detto mese.
1 A time limit expressed as the beginning or end of a month means the first or last day of the month respectively.
2 A time limit expressed as the middle of the month means the fifteenth day of that month.
