1 Quando la cambiale sia prodotta, il giudice assegna all’istante un termine per proporre l’azione di rivendicazione.
2 Se l’istante non propone l’azione entro questo termine, il giudice restituisce la cambiale e toglie il divieto di pagamento fatto al trattario.
1 Where the lost bill of exchange is not presented within the fixed time limit, the court must pronounce its cancellation.
2 Following cancellation of the bill of exchange, the applicant may still assert his claim on the bill against the acceptor.
