1 Le fonds nourricier communique à sa banque dépositaire toutes les informations sur le fonds maître dont elle a besoin pour accomplir sa tâche.
2 Il assure un suivi efficace de l’activité du fonds maître.
3 Dans le calcul de son engagement total selon l’art. 72, al. 3, OPCC14, il prend en compte l’engagement total du fonds maître en proportion de ses placements dans le fonds maître.
4 Si le fonds nourricier, sa direction ou une autre personne agissant au nom du fonds nourricier ou de sa direction reçoit un avantage appréciable en argent en rapport avec le placement dans les parts du fonds maître, cet avantage doit être imputé sur la fortune du fonds nourricier.
1 The feeder fund shall provide its custodian bank with all the information regarding the master fund that it needs in order to fulfil its task.
2 It shall take effective measures to monitor the activities of the master fund.
3 When calculating its overall exposure in accordance with Article 72 paragraph 3 CISO14, it shall take account of the overall exposure of the master fund in proportion to the feeder fund’s investments in the master fund.
4 If the feeder fund, its fund management company or another person acting on behalf of the feeder fund or its fund management company receives a pecuniary benefit in connection with the investment in units of the master fund, this shall be credited to the assets of the feeder fund.
