vu les art. 4 et 11 de la loi fédérale du 5 octobre 1990 sur l’information
des consommatrices et des consommateurs (LIC)1, l’art. 35g, al. 2,
de la loi du 7 octobre 1983 sur la protection de l’environnement2
et l’art. 46a de la loi du 21 mars 1997 sur l’organisation du gouvernement
et de l’administration3,4
arrête:
