910.1 Federal Act of 29 April 1998 on Agriculture (Agriculture Act, AgricA)
Art. 165g Dispositions d’exécution
Le Conseil fédéral règle en particulier, pour les systèmes d’information visés aux art. 165c à 165f:
- a.
- la forme du relevé et les délais de livraison des données;
- b.
- la structure et le catalogue de données;
- c.
- la responsabilité pour le traitement des données;
- d.
- les droits d’accès, notamment l’étendue des droits d’accès en ligne;
- e.
- les mesures organisationnelles et techniques nécessaires pour assurer la protection et la sécurité des données;
- f.
- la collaboration avec les cantons;
- g.
- les délais de conservation et de destruction;
- h.
- l’archivage.
Art. 165g Provisions for implementation
The Federal Council shall draw up regulations regarding the information system according to Articles 165c–165f in particular for:
- a.
- the form of the data collection and the dates when information must be provided;
- b.
- the structure and the data catalogue;
- c.
- responsibility for data processing;
- d.
- entitlement to access, namely the scope of entitlement to online access;
- e.
- the organisational and technical measures required to ensure data protection and data security;
- f.
- collaboration with the cantonal authorities;
- g.
- the duration of storage and point at which the data are to be destroyed;
- h.
- archiving.
