814.711 Ordinance of 27 February 2019 to the Federal Act on Protection against the Risks associated with Non-Ionising Radiation and with Sound (O-NIRSA)
Art. 10 Définitions
Au sens de la présente section, sont considérés:
- a.
- comme manifestation avec rayonnement laser: spectacles laser, projections holographiques, présentations d’astronomie;
- b.
- comme zone réservée au public: la surface au sol sur laquelle le public peut se tenir, y compris l’espace se situant jusqu’à 3 mètres au-dessus et 2,5 mètres à côté de cette surface.
Art. 10 Definitions
For the purposes of this Section:
- a.
- event involving laser radiation means: a laser light show, holographic projection or astronomy presentation;
- b.
- audience zone means: the floor area reserved for the audience, including the space up to 3 metres above and 2.5 metres to the side of the floor area.
