810.21 Federal Act of 8 October 2004 on the Transplantation of Organs, Tissues and Cells (Transplantation Act)
Art. 42 Dispositions édictées par le Conseil fédéral
Le Conseil fédéral fixe:
- a.
- les exigences auxquelles doit satisfaire l’information au sens des art. 39 et 40;
- b.
- les obligations des personnes soumises au régime de l’autorisation;
- c.
- les conditions relatives à l’autorisation et à la procédure d’autorisation.
Art. 42 Regulations of the Federal Council
The Federal Council shall specify:
- a.
- the requirements that information provided under the terms of Articles 39 and 40 must fulfil;
- b.
- the duties of the persons requiring authorisation;
- c.
- the preconditions for granting authorisation and the authorisation procedure.
