Le médecin traitant doit communiquer dans les meilleurs délais à un centre de transplantation le nom du patient pour lequel une transplantation est médicalement indiquée, le consentement écrit de cette personne étant requis. La communication doit également avoir lieu si le patient subit une thérapie de remplacement.
The attending doctor shall register patients for whom transplantation is medically indicated and who have given their written consent at a transplant centre without delay. Patients must also be registered if they are receiving replacement therapy.
