1 Les bâtiments caractéristiques du site au sens de l’art. 9, al. 1, LRS sont des constructions qui par leur emplacement et leur forme apportent une contribution essentielle à la qualité du site bâti à conserver et à l’identité de la localité.
2 Les cantons mettent en place une procédure permettant de déterminer quels sont les bâtiments caractéristiques du site.
1 Buildings that define the appearance of the locality in terms of Article 9 paragraph 1 of the Act are buildings which, through their location and appearance, make an essential contribution to the identity of the locality and to making it worthy of preservation.
2 The cantons shall organise a procedure for identifying buildings that define the appearance of a locality.
