1 Le Conseil fédéral approuve les plans directeurs et leurs adaptations s’ils sont conformes à la présente loi, notamment s’ils tiennent compte de manière adéquate de celles des tâches de la Confédération et des cantons voisins dont l’accomplissement a des effets sur l’organisation du territoire.
2 L’approbation des plans directeurs par le Conseil fédéral leur confère force obligatoire pour les autorités de la Confédération et pour celles des cantons voisins.
1 The Federal Council shall approve the structure plans and their amendments if they conform to this Act, and in particular take proper account of the activities by the Confederation and by neighbouring cantons that have a spatial impact.
2 The structure plans shall become legally binding on the Confederation and the neighbouring cantons only when approved by the Federal Council.
