Art. 19 Caractérisation de la contrainte chez les lignées de poissons nouvelles ou non suffisamment caractérisées

1 La caractérisation de la contrainte chez les lignées nouvelles ou non suffisamment caractérisées de poissons génétiquement modifiés comprend:
- a.
- l’observation du comportement natatoire et, si possible, du comportement du banc;
- b.
- l’enregistrement de la performance de reproduction;
- c.
- le contrôle du bien-être général;
- d.
- la recherche de symptômes cliniques;
- e.
- la recherche d’altérations morphologiques.
2 Les données relatives à la reproduction seront analysées au fur et à mesure de leur acquisition et comparées avec les données disponibles relatives à des animaux possédant le même fond génétique.
Art. 19 Recording strain in new or insufficiently characterised fish lines
(Art. 124 AWO)
1 In the case of new or insufficiently characterised lines of genetically modified fish, the recording of strain includes:
- a.
- observation of swimming behaviour and, if possible, swarm behaviour;
- b.
- recording of reproduction performance;
- c.
- check on general health;
- d.
- test for clinical symptoms;
- e.
- test for morphological changes.
2 The reproduction data shall be constantly evaluated and compared with existing data on animals with the same genetic background.
