1 La personne poursuivie peut être exceptionnellement extradée pour des faits qui relèvent de la juridiction suisse, si des circonstances particulières le justifient, notamment la possibilité d’un meilleur reclassement social.
2 L’extradition peut être accordée pour la totalité des infractions, si l’une d’entre elles est de nature à y donner lieu (art. 35, al. 1).
1 As an exception, the defendant may be extradited for an offence which comes under Swiss jurisdiction if special circumstances, especially the possibility of better social rehabilitation, justify it.
2 If one of two or more offences is extraditable (Art. 35 para. 1), extradition may be granted for all offences.
