1 L’obligation alimentaire entre parents et enfant est régie par la convention de La Haye du 2 octobre 1973 sur la loi applicable aux obligations alimentaires47.
2 Dans la mesure où les droits à l’entretien de la mère et le remboursement des dépenses occasionnées par la naissance ne sont pas réglés par ladite convention, ses dispositions s’appliquent par analogie.
