Art. 32

1 Lorsque l’intérêt public l’exige, le Conseil fédéral peut ordonner l’expropriation totale ou partielle du brevet.

2 L’exproprié a droit à une indemnité pleine et entière, fixée en cas de litige par le Tribunal fédéral; les dispositions du chap. II de la loi fédérale du 20 juin 1930 sur l’expropriation76 sont applicables par analogie.

Art. 32

1 Where public interest so dictates, the Federal Council may expropriate all or part of the patent.

2 The former proprietor of an expropriated patent is entitled to full compensation which, in the event of any dispute, is fixed by the Federal Supreme Court; the provisions of Section II of the Compulsory Purchase Act of 20 June 193077 apply by analogy.
