1 Les inscriptions au registre du commerce doivent être conformes à la vérité et ne rien contenir qui soit de nature à induire en erreur ou contraire à un intérêt public.
2 L’inscription au registre du commerce repose sur une réquisition. Les faits à inscrire doivent être accompagnés des pièces justificatives nécessaires.
3 Les inscriptions peuvent également reposer sur un jugement ou une décision d’un tribunal ou d’une autorité administrative ou être opérées d’office.
1 Public institutions must be entered in the commercial register if they primarily carry on a private gainful economic activity or if the federal, cantonal or communal law requires their registration. They shall be registered at the location of their seat.
2 Public institutions that are not required to register are nonetheless entitled to be registered.
