152.3 Federal Act of 17 December 2004 on Freedom of Information in the Administration (Freedom of Information Act, FoIA)
Art. 4 Dispositions spéciales réservées
Sont réservées les dispositions spéciales d’autres lois fédérales:
- a.
- qui déclarent certaines informations secrètes;
- b.
- qui déclarent certaines informations accessibles, à des conditions dérogeant à la présente loi.
Art. 4 Reservation of special provisions
Special provisions contained in other Federal Acts are reserved where they:
- a.
- declare certain information secret; or
- b.
- declare the access to certain information to be subject to requirements derogating from those set out herein;
