1 It is the duty of trade assayers to keep a proper account of the determinations of fineness that they perform and all sums received in return. For the purposes of official investigations, the Central Office and the police authorities may inspect the books and enquire about specific entries. The bookkeeping rules shall be drawn up by the Federal Council.
2 Article 40 applies correspondingly. The withdrawal of an assayer’s diploma means the withdrawal of the assayer licence as trade assayer.
1 I saggiatori del commercio devono tenere un registro delle determinazioni di titolo eseguite e delle tasse per ciò riscosse. L’Ufficio centrale, come pure le autorità di polizia, possono consultare, a scopo d’inchieste ufficiali, i registri tenuti ed esigere schiarimenti circa le registrazioni fatte. Le disposizioni sul modo di tenere i registri saranno stabilite dal Consiglio federale.
2 È applicabile per analogia l’articolo 40. Insieme col diploma di saggiatore sarà ritirato anche l’autorizzazione di esercitare la professione58.
