Art. 17

1 Products which are not intended for human consumption may only be labelled as organic products if:

a.
the labelling clearly refers to the agricultural production;
b.
they were organically produced or prepared or imported in accordance with Article 22;
c.131
they were produced, prepared, imported, stored or marketed by an operator who is subject to an inspection system laid down in Chapter 5;

Art. 17

1 I prodotti non destinati all’alimentazione possono essere designati come prodotti biologici soltanto alle condizioni seguenti:

a.
la designazione verte chiaramente sulla produzione agricola;
b.
i prodotti sono stati ottenuti o preparati biologicamente o sono stati importati secondo l’articolo 22;
c.129
i prodotti sono stati ottenuti, preparati, importati, immagazzinati o commercializzati da un’azienda sottoposta a un sistema di controllo previsto nel capitolo 5.

2 Il DEFR può emanare prescrizioni supplementari relative agli alimenti per animali, al materiale vegetativo di moltiplicazione e alle sementi per la coltura.131
