1 In the case of agricultural products and processed agricultural products, testing of the final product shall comprise physical and chemical testing, as well as an organoleptic test.
2 The organoleptic test is to verify the product’s conformity with the sensory description in the product specification.
3 In the case of forestry products and processed forestry products, testing of the final product shall comprise testing of the physical and other characteristic properties.
4 The responsibility for sampling is that of the certification body. The certification body is also responsible for organoleptic testing, which shall be conducted by the applicant group.

1 Per i prodotti agricoli e i prodotti agricoli trasformati, il test del prodotto finale consiste in un esame fisico, un esame chimico e un esame organolettico.
2 L’esame organolettico serve a verificare la conformità dei prodotti alla descrizione sensoriale che figura nell’elenco degli obblighi.
3 Per i prodotti silvicoli e i prodotti silvicoli trasformati, il test del prodotto finale consiste in un esame delle caratteristiche fisiche o di altre qualità intrinseche.
4 Il prelievo di campioni avviene sotto la responsabilità dell’organismo di certificazione. L’esame organolettico è eseguito dal raggruppamento richiedente sotto la responsabilità dell’organismo di certificazione.
