1 For the purpose of issuing COVID-19 recovery certificates pursuant to Article 16 paragraph 1, the cantons may use an automated procedure to retrieve information on the requesting person's recovery from the information system in accordance with Article 60 of the Epidemics Act of 28 September 201220 and compare it with the information in the request.21
2 For this purpose, they may provide the requesting person with an electronic request form supplied by the Confederation.
3 If the comparison with the data retrieved from the information system shows that the requirements for issuing a certificate are met, the system for issuing COVID-19 certificates (Art. 26) shall generate the certificate.
4 If the result of the comparison is unclear or negative, the competent cantonal body shall contact the requesting person and manually check whether the requirements for issuing a certificate are met.
5 The cantons shall ensure that the requesting person may also submit the request in hard copy or in any other suitable form.

1 Per emettere i certificati di guarigione dalla COVID-19 di cui all’articolo 16 capoverso 1 nell’ambito di una procedura automatizzata, i Cantoni possono permettere di consultare le informazioni sulla guarigione del richiedente nel sistema d’informazione di cui all’articolo 60 della legge del 28 settembre 201222 sulle epidemie e di confrontarle con quelle contenute nella richiesta.23
2 A tal fine, i Cantoni possono mettere a disposizione del richiedente un modulo di richiesta elettronico fornito dalla Confederazione.
3 Se dal confronto con i dati consultati nel sistema d’informazione emerge che le condizioni per l’emissione di un certificato sono soddisfatte, il sistema per l’emissione dei certificati COVID-19 (art. 26) genera il certificato.
4 Se dal confronto non emerge alcun risultato univoco o emerge un risultato negativo, il servizio cantonale competente contatta il richiedente e verifica manualmente se le condizioni per l’emissione di un certificato sono soddisfatte.
5 I Cantoni assicurano che il richiedente possa presentare la richiesta anche in formato cartaceo o in un altro modo adeguato.
