1 Substitute and imitation products must be labelled and advertised in such a way that consumers can recognise the true nature of the foodstuff and distinguish it from products with which it could be confused.
2 Products that are not foodstuffs may not be presented, labelled, stored, placed on the market or advertised in such a way that they could be mistaken for foodstuffs.
1 I surrogati e le imitazioni devono essere caratterizzati e pubblicizzati in modo che il consumatore possa riconoscere il tipo di derrata alimentare e distinguerla dai prodotti con cui potrebbe essere confusa.
2 I prodotti che non sono derrate alimentari devono essere presentati, caratterizzati, depositati, immessi sul mercato o pubblicizzati in modo da non essere confusi con derrate alimentari.
