Filter ash and dust from the incineration of wood that is not wood fuel as defined in Annex 5 number 31 paragraph 2 of the Air Pollution Control Ordinance of 16 December 198551 (OAPC) may be deposited until 31 December 2025 in landfills of types D and E (Annex 5 Nos 4.1 and 5.1).

Ceneri e polveri dei filtri derivanti dal trattamento termico di legna che secondo l’allegato 5 numero 31 capoverso 2 dell’ordinanza del 16 dicembre 198551 contro l’inquinamento atmosferico (OIAt) non è considerata legna da ardere possono essere depositate presso discariche di tipo D ed E (all. 5 n. 4.1 e 5.1) fino al 31 dicembre 2025.
