Art. 51d d Time limit

1 The right to collect the charge lapses ten years from the end of the calendar year in which it arises.

2 The time limitation period is interrupted and restarted:

a.
if the subject liable to the charge acknowledges the right to collect it;
b.
by any official act by which the right to collect the charge is enforced against the subject liable to pay it.

3 The right to collect the charge expires in every case 15 years from the end of the calendar year in which it arises.

Art. 51d d Prescrizione

1 Il credito fiscale si prescrive dopo dieci anni a decorrere dalla fine dell’anno civile in cui è sorto.

2 Il termine di prescrizione s’interrompe e decorre da capo:

a.
quando la parte assoggettata al pagamento della tassa riconosce il credito fiscale;
b.
a ogni azione ufficiale con la quale si fa valere il credito fiscale presso la parte assoggettata al pagamento della tassa.

3 Il credito fiscale si prescrive in ogni caso dopo 15 anni a decorrere dalla fine dell’anno civile in cui è sorto.
