1 Persons responsible for waste water treatment plants shall ensure that they can store the sludge until environmentally compatible disposal is guaranteed.
2 If sludge from a waste water treatment plant cannot be disposed of in an environmentally compatible manner at any time, the plant must have a storage capacity of at least two months.13

1 I detentori di impianti di depurazione delle acque di scarico devono provvedere affinché possano depositare i fanghi di depurazione fino a che sia garantito uno smaltimento rispettoso dell’ambiente.
2 Se i fanghi di depurazione di una stazione centrale di depurazione delle acque di scarico non possono essere smaltiti in ogni momento nel rispetto dell’ambiente, devono essere disponibili capacità di deposito per almeno due mesi.13
