Art. 62 Application of administrative criminal law

1 Articles 6 and 7 of the Federal Act of 22 March 1974176 on Administrative Criminal Law apply to offences under this Act.

2 For offences against Article 61a, the other provisions of the Federal Act of 22 March 1974 on Administrative Criminal Law also apply.177

Art. 62 Applicazione del diritto penale amministrativo

1 Gli articoli 6 e 7 della legge federale del 22 marzo 1974180 sul diritto penale amministrativo sono applicabili ai reati secondo la presente legge.

2 Alle infrazioni secondo l’articolo 61a si applicano inoltre le altre disposizioni della legge federale sul diritto penale amministrativo.181
