Art. 59d Prescription of the right of recourse

The right of recourse prescribes in accordance with Article 59c. The three-year period begins to run as soon as payment of the damages has been made in full and the identity of the person jointly liable is known.

Art. 59d Prescrizione del diritto di regresso

Il diritto di regresso si prescrive secondo l’articolo 59c. Il termine di tre anni decorre dal momento in cui la misura di compensazione è stata fornita integralmente ed è nota l’identità del corresponsabile.
