Art. 4 Implementing provisions based on other federal legislation

1 Regulations on the environmental effects of air pollution, noise, vibrations and radiation that are based on other federal legislation must comply with the principles of limitation of emissions (Art. 11), ambient limit values (Art. 13–15), alarm values (Art. 19) and planning values (Art. 23–25).6

2 Regulations on the handling of substances and organisms affecting the environment that are based on other federal legislation must comply with the principles governing environmentally hazardous substances (Art. 26–28) and organisms (Art. 29a–29h).7

Art. 4 Prescrizioni esecutive fondate su altre leggi federali

1 Le prescrizioni fondate su altre leggi federali e concernenti gli effetti cagionati all’ambiente dagli inquinamenti atmosferici, dal rumore, dalle vibrazioni e radiazioni devono corrispondere al principio della limitazione delle emissioni (art. 11), ai valori limite delle immissioni (art. 13–15), ai valori d’allarme (art. 19) e ai valori di pianificazione (art. 23–25).7

2 Le prescrizioni sull’utilizzazione di sostanze e organismi fondate su altre leggi federali devono corrispondere ai principi riguardanti l’utilizzazione di sostanze (art. 26–28) e organismi (art. 29a–29h).8
