813.12 Ordinanza del 18 maggio 2005 concernente l'immissione sul mercato e l'utilizzazione di biocidi (Ordinanza sui biocidi, OBioc)
Art. 21 Obligation to report unexpected effects
The holder of an authorisation must spontaneously and immediately report to the Notification Authority any new information concerning the biocidal product or the active substances it contains which could affect the authorisation, and in particular:
- a.
- new findings on the adverse effects of any active substance or of the biocidal product for humans, in particular vulnerable groups, animals or the environment;
- b.
- development of resistance;
- c.
- new data or information indicating that the biocidal product is not sufficiently effective.
Art. 21 Obbligo di notifica degli effetti inattesi
Il titolare di un’omologazione notifica all’organo di notifica, di propria iniziativa e senza indugio, tutte le nuove informazioni relative al biocida o ai principi attivi in esso contenuti che potrebbero influire sull’omologazione, in particolare:
- a.
- le nuove conoscenze sugli effetti nocivi di ciascun principio attivo e del biocida sull’uomo, in particolare sui gruppi vulnerabili, sugli animali e sull’ambiente;
- b.
- gli sviluppi di resistenze;
- c.
- i nuovi dati o informazioni indicanti che il biocida non è sufficientemente efficace.
