1 The federal government shall inform the public and authorities about the risks and hazards involved in handling substances and preparations and shall recommend measures to reduce the risks.
2 It shall issue technical guidelines and publish the lists of substances and preparations that are required for the application of this Act.
3 The cantons shall provide information within their areas of responsibility.
1 La Confederazione informa il pubblico e le autorità sui rischi e i pericoli connessi con l’utilizzazione di sostanze e preparati e raccomanda misure per attenuare i rischi.
2 Emana istruzioni tecniche e pubblica le liste di sostanze e preparati necessarie per l’applicazione della presente legge.
3 I Cantoni informano nel loro ambito di competenza.
