Art. 1b Relationship with the Therapeutic Products Act

Narcotics used as therapeutic substances are governed by the provisions of the Therapeutic Products Act of 15 December 20009. The provisions of this Act apply, insofar as the Therapeutic Products Act contains no rule or a less stringent rule.

Art. 1b Rapporto con la legge sugli agenti terapeutici

Agli stupefacenti utilizzati come agenti terapeutici si applicano le disposizioni della legge del 15 dicembre 20009 sugli agenti terapeutici. Le disposizioni della presente legge sono applicabili in quanto la legge sugli agenti terapeutici non preveda alcuna normativa o preveda una normativa meno estesa.
