Art. 47 Referendum and commencement

1 This Act is subject to an optional referendum.

2 Articles 16-18, 34 paragraph 1 letters e and f and Article 39 shall be implemented by the Federal Council on the commencement of the Ordinance of 2 September 2009 on Public-law Restrictions on landownership14. The Federal Council shall determine the commencement date for the remaining provisions.

Art. 47 Referendum ed entrata in vigore

1 La presente legge sottostà a referendum facoltativo.

2 Gli articoli 16–18, 34 capoverso 1 lettere e ed f, nonché 39 sono posti in vigore dal Consiglio federale insieme con l’ordinanza del 2 settembre 200914 concernente il catasto delle restrizioni di diritto pubblico della proprietà. Il Consiglio federale determina l’entrata in vigore delle altre disposizioni.
