Art. 45 Coordination with the NFE

If the Federal Act of 6 October 200612 on the Creation and Amendment of Legislation on the New System of Financial Equalisation and Division of Tasks between the Confederation and the Cantons (NFE) at the same time or after this Act, Number II/I of (Art. 39 Final Title Civil Code13) shall cease to apply.

12 AS 2007 5779. The NFE bill cames into force on 1 Jan. 2008.

Art. 45 Coordinamento con la NPC

Qualora la legge federale del 6 ottobre 200612 che emana e modifica atti legislativi per la nuova impostazione della perequazione finanziaria e della ripartizione dei compiti tra Confederazione e Cantoni (NPC) entri in vigore contemporaneamente o successivamente alla presente legge, la cifra II/1 NPC (art. 39 del Tit. fin. del CC13) diverrà priva d’oggetto.
