1 The Federal Council shall review the necessity, usefulness, efficiency and cost effectiveness of the Cadastre of public-law restrictions on landownership within six years of its introduction.
2 It shall report to the Federal Assembly and propose any modifications that may be required.
1 Entro sei anni dall’introduzione del catasto delle restrizioni di diritto pubblico della proprietà, il Consiglio federale ne verifica la necessità, l’adeguatezza, l’efficacia e l’economicità.
2 Il Consiglio federale presenta alle Camere federali un pertinente rapporto in cui propone le modifiche necessarie.
