Art. 40 Advancement of education

1 The Confederation and the cantons shall encourage education in the field of geoinformation.

2 They shall ensure that the education curriculum and final qualifications at all levels correspond to the latest state of science and technology.

Art. 40 Promozione della formazione

1 La Confederazione e i Cantoni promuovono la formazione nel settore della geoinformazione.

2 Provvedono affinché i cicli di formazione e i titoli di studio corrispondano, a tutti i livelli, allo stato della tecnica e della scienza.
