1 The qualitative and technical requirements for geodata and geospatial metadata must be defined in such a way as to enable the simple exchange and wide use of the data.
2 The implementing regulations for geoinformation legislation must take account of internationally or nationally recognized standards for geodata and geospatial metadata provided that this is possible and technically expedient.
1 I requisiti qualitativi e tecnici in materia di geodati e geometadati sono stabiliti in modo da consentire uno scambio semplice e un’ampia utilizzazione dei dati.
2 Le norme in materia di geodati e geometadati riconosciute a livello internazionale o nazionale sono considerate, per quanto possibile e ragionevole sotto il profilo tecnico, nelle prescrizioni esecutive del diritto concernente la geoinformazione.
